At Servizoom we treat your information as if it were our own. Here is, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
Servizoom is a family business located at 25 SW 9th St, 4th Floor, Miami, FL 33130. You can email us at admin@servizoom.com or call (786) 917-9196.
What we collect
- What you give us in our forms: name, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Documents and details you upload through a secure link (DocuLink): for example IDs, tax forms (W-2, 1099), vehicle or policy information, date of birth, license number or address. We only ask for what the service you requested needs.
- What you tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email while we help you.
- Basic technical information: IP address, browser type and the cookies the site needs to work and remember your language.
How we use it
- To answer you and provide the service you asked for: tax preparation, bookkeeping, insurance quotes or forming your business.
- To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your case.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
- With your permission, to send you news and reminders (for example, tax season). You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it when needed to serve you:
- With service providers that help us operate (website hosting, email, tax and accounting software), who must protect it.
- With the IRS or other authorities when we file your return with your authorization.
- With insurance companies when you ask us for a quote or a policy.
- When the law requires it.
Your tax information
We use the information you give us to prepare your return only for that purpose. We do not use or disclose it for anything else without your written consent, as federal law requires.
How we protect it
Documents and details you upload through our secure links are stored encrypted and only our team can see them. Links expire after a set time and we keep a record of who accesses them. We maintain an information security program to protect our clients’ data. No system is 100% foolproof: if an incident ever affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
WhatsApp, text and email messages
We only send you promotional messages if you gave us permission. You can ask us to stop by replying STOP or NO, or by emailing admin@servizoom.com. We do not share your number with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client and for the time required by tax and professional rules. After that, we delete it securely.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it (except what the law requires us to keep). Email admin@servizoom.com and we will get back to you.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we need a dependent’s details for your return, we receive them from you as the parent or guardian.
Cookies
We only use the cookies the site needs to work and remember your language. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its update date.
